Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We put love and care into every product we make to ensure the best quality for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Perishable (food) items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email within 48 hours regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refunds typically take 3 Days to reflect in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable (food) items
Discounted or sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@tasteoftradition.com.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new product.
